Snowmobile bridges

Côte-Nord is known for its snowmobile bridges that span rushing rivers. The most famous is the one across the Manicouagan River, in the Baie-Comeau area. At 213 metres long (700 feet), it is the longest snowmobile bridge in North America!

Northern Trail

From Tadoussac to Blanc-Sablon, unspoilt wilderness and wide open spaces await you in Côte-Nord along Trans-Québec trail #3 (TQ3). From Kegaska eastward, the only way to travel around the Lower North Shore region on land is by snowmobile.

Gaspésie – Bas-Saint-Laurent Snowmobile Tour

The Gaspésie – Bas-Saint-Laurent Snowmobile Tour is famous for its excellent snow and trail conditions as well as its breathtaking sea and mountain scenery. From Rivière-du-Loup, Trans-Québec trail #5 (TQ5) will take you around the peninsula via the Chic-Choc Mountains and famous Percé Rock.

St. Lawrence Tour

Enjoy the best of both worlds by exploring sections of the Great Gaspé Peninsula Tour (TQ5) and the Northern Trail (TQ3). To cross the St. Lawrence, you will need to take the M/V F.-A.-Gauthier ferry, a unique experience!

Matane–Baie-Comeau/Godbout ferry

Enjoy an unforgettable experience by crossing the St. Lawrence River with your snowmobile aboard the M/V F.-A.-Gauthier ferry. This is an opportunity to admire the ice in the St. Lawrence from up close as you visit both shores in a single trip.

Chic-Choc Mountains

Ride in the Chic-Choc Mountains for amazing views of this mountain chain that includes some of the highest summits in Québec. Keep your eyes peeled and you may even spot moose along the way!

Deer wintering areas

In Bas-Saint-Laurent, the Pohénégamook area as well as trails #546 and #548 between Squatec and Saint-Narcisse-de-Rimouski are well known as good places to observe deer, which gather there in the winter. Come and see them close up!

Views of the St. Lawrence

Bas-Saint-Laurent offers access to many unique vistas of the St. Lawrence. Saint-Fabien, the lookout at Trois-Pistoles and the trails between Saint-Alexandre-de-Kamouraska and Saint-Antonin all offer panoramic views that are well worth the detour!

Percé Rock

Percé Rock, Gaspésie’s most famous attraction, is just as impressive in the winter as it is in the summer! For the best view from your snowmobile, head to the lookout from Trans-Québec trail #5 via the local Percé trail.
